My Strengths

Dedication to quality: I look for the best solutions, and don't like settling for mediocre ones.

Seeing the big picture: I strive to understand and prioritize the main goals, and always hold them in mind.

Attention to detail: I notice little things that may cause big inconveniences, like ambiguous field names and icons, redundant mouse clicks, and inconvenient default values.

Positive interaction: I encourage direct and constructive communication, and spontaneous meetings when needed.

Team player: I work well with other people. I am good at listening to other people's ideas and proposals, and I try to be aware of the current work statuses and needs of other team members and look for ways we could help each other.

First-hand familiarity with the worlds of graphics and programming allows me to have good communication with designers and developers.
